前綴記憶法

（一）表示否定的前綴

1. dis- 加在名詞、形容詞，動詞之前。

      disadvantage (缺點(diǎn))，

      dishonorable(不光彩的)，

      disagree(不同意)

2.in- 加在形容詞，名詞之前

      incorrect(不正確的)，

      inability(無能，無力)，

      inaccurate (不準(zhǔn)確的)

3. im- 加在字母 m,b,p 之前

      impossible (不可能的)，

      immoral(不道德的)，

      imbalance(不平衡，不均衡)，

      impolite (不禮貌的)

4. il- 加在以 l 開頭的詞前

      illegal (非法的)，

      illiterate (文盲的，無文化的)，

      illogical (不合邏輯的)

5. ir- 加在以 r 開頭的詞前

      irregular (不規(guī)則的) ，

      irresistible (不可遏制的，忍不住想要的)

6.un- 加在名詞，形容詞，副詞之前

      unfinished(未完成的)，

      undoubted(無疑的)，

      unemployment(失業(yè))

7. non- 加在形容詞，名詞前

      non-existence (不存在)，

      non-essential (不主要的)，

      non-electrical(非電的)

8. mis- 加在動詞、名詞之前

      misunderstand (誤解) ，

      misjudge (誤判)，

      misleading (誤導(dǎo))，

      misfortune (不幸)

9. dis- 加在動詞之前

      disappear(消失)，

      disarm(解除武裝)，

      disconnect (失去聯(lián)系)

10. de- 加在名詞，形容詞之前

     decolor (脫色，漂白)

11. anti- 加在名詞、形容詞之前

      anti-Japanese (抗日的)，

      anti-social(不和群的，反社會的)

12. counter- 加在名詞、動詞前

      counterattack(反攻，反擊)，

      counteract(抵抗，抵消)，

      counterrevolution(反革命)

（二）表示“前”的前綴

1. pre：

      pre-existing (先于……而存在的)，

      pre-selection(選舉前的)，

      preface(前言)

2. ante：

      anteroom(前室，接待室)

3. fore：

      forecast(預(yù)測，預(yù)報(bào))，

      forehead(前額)，

      foreman(工頭，領(lǐng)班)，

      foresee(預(yù)見，預(yù)料)，

      foretell(預(yù)言)

4. pro：

      programme (計(jì)劃)，

      prologue(序幕)

5. ex：

      ex-president(前任總統(tǒng))，

      ex-wife (前妻)

（三）表示“后”“低”“下"的前綴

1. post：

      post-war(戰(zhàn)后)，

      post-position(后置詞)

2. sub：

      sub-editor(副編輯)，

      sub-way(地鐵)，

      sub-conscious(下意識的)，

      submarine(海下的)，

      subtropical(亞熱帶的)，

      subtitle(副標(biāo)題)

（四）其他前綴

1. re：表示“回”“再”“向后”

      retranslate (再譯)，

      reinforce (加強(qiáng))，

      reconstruct(重建)，

      return(返回)

2. retro：表示“回” “向后”

      retrograde (倒退的)，

      retrospect(回顧)

3.co:表示“共同”“和”

      co-exist(共存)，

      co-operate(合作)，

      co-education(男女同校的教育制度)

4.inter：表示“相互” “之間”

      interchangeable (可互換的)，

      international(國際的)

5.extra：表示“出” “超出”

      extraordinary (非凡的)，

      extramural(校外的，機(jī)構(gòu)以外的)，

      extrasensory(超感覺的)

6. auto：表示“自己”“自動”

      automatic (自動的)，

      autobiography(自傳)

7. tele：表示“（距離）遠(yuǎn)”

      telegram(電報(bào))，

      telephone(電話)，

      telescope(望遠(yuǎn)鏡)
