共享經(jīng)濟
據(jù)報道,中國的共享經(jīng)濟預計將在未來五年內(nèi)保持30%以上的快速年增長率。中國共享經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展揭示了中國經(jīng)濟的巨大活力和潛力,但它正面臨著許多挑戰(zhàn)。隨著共享經(jīng)濟在交通工具、住宿、餐飲(catering)等領域的高速發(fā)展,出現(xiàn)了個人信息泄漏(leakage)、資源浪費和不公平競爭等新問題。共享經(jīng)濟問題背后的原因是復雜多樣的,但共同的問題是共享平臺的主要責任并未得到妥善落實。政府的一則通知指出,將依法對共享平臺的個人信息收集、使用、共享、轉(zhuǎn)移(transfer)和公開行為加強監(jiān)管。It is reported that China's sharing economy is expected to maintain a rapid annual growth rate of more than 30% in the next five years. A government notice has pointed out that the government will strengthen supervision over the collection, use, sharing, transfer and public disclosure of personal information on sharing platforms.
